My favorite feature of the learning module has been how easy it is to add courses or connect with other learning platforms. Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) was also very straightforward, making access simple for our team. Additionally, the performance check-in process was easy to navigate and highly customizable, which was beneficial when managing multiple cycles. > > **Cons**: I appreciate the frequent updates and changes to Engagedly, as they help tailor the platform to better meet customer needs.
