For my investing purposes, it is the absolute best online software available for retail investors. I conducted my own study in order to measure the quality of order fills by placing identical trades in my Fidelity Active Trader Pro account and in my Interactive Brokers account, and the fills were identical, other than the fact that I paid my commissions on my Fidelity trades but I had to pay commission on the trades placed in my Interactive Brokers account.
