## Reviews

### "Complete Free solution for individuals." — 5.0/5

> **Bruno** | *24 June 2022* | Internet | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Complete solution, I use it mainly to centralize all my connections, logins and this helps me to gain time and productivity. I can't live without it anymore. The free version will suit you very well if it is for just 1 individual.
>
> **Cons**: Worth the price if you have a company with a few employees and you want to get organized, but it can be a little steep depending on which country you reside. In my case, I'm from Brazil and the conversion to Dollars is cruel.

### "Easy way to manage your remote devices across multiple IT employees" — 5.0/5

> **Maxime** | *27 February 2025* | Machinery | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ability to maintain a list of remote devices between multiple IT employees. Lots of customisation available. Save and run scripts.
>
> **Cons**: So much customisation that you can get lost trying to find the one you are looking for.
>
> Daily life is way more simple thanks to Remote Desktop Manager. There are a lot of tools that can do the same for cheaper but this one has so much possibilities and is easy to use that the price for it is worth.

### "Managed config-once remote access" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *29 October 2019* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The team-accessible database of connections is amazing. I can't tell you home many businesses I've seen get this wrong--every IT person using they're own solutions... so much wasted time and effort. Here we can get a new guy set up in about 10 minutes and he has easy access to servers/switches/aps with a simple search.
>
> **Cons**: I don't have a feature I don't like about this, so the only thing to say is... gee, it could be cheaper.
>
> It is a bit of setup, but honestly not much more than one person would do anyway... save your team a \*lot\* of effort and do get this set up \*just once\*.

### "My favorite tool" — 5.0/5

> **Francois** | *8 January 2025* | Computer & Network Security | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It has multiple entries and connection types, making it esay to keep all my connections and password in one place and simplify my daily connections.
integration with web browser, powershell, multiple VPN clients and loads of other useful options.
>
> **Cons**: the IOS version has no datasource capabilities with onedrive.
>
> I love the product and have not found anything better on the market.

### "Still the best way to connect to multiple remote devices" — 5.0/5

> **Cor** | *25 September 2024* | Computer Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: a very simple way to connect to multiple servers one by one or at the same time and a simply way to switch between servers without the need to sign-in and sign-out all the time.
Integration with password managers to further increase security by avoiding having to store your credentials locally.
There are many more tools, but in my case those are nice to have features I simply don't use (yet)
>
> **Cons**: when changing the size of the window the remote server screen does not adjust. I use a laptop with 3 external screens 2 x 24" and 1 x 34" and when moving it needs to be resized and you either are left with unused space or scroll bars.
in particular when switching between windowed and full screen, it would be great if it automatically scaled the remote display.
>
> I use it day in and day out and while the number of servers I need to switch between, it is still my application of choice to connect to my (virtual) servers
