Everything they do is based on research and accurate data. They pivot when the data changes and they communicate the “why” with excellence. This makes for excellent customer service. I have never worked with a better team of people. Every company band organization is going to have an issue arise. Nucleus also goes above and beyond to resolve any issues we’ve had. And believe me, they have been minor and minimal. Finally, the product. There is nothing quite like Nucleus and no digital church company more generous.
