The UI is clean and easy to follow. CJM features including adding different lane types (Arrow, Card, Bubble, Line, Image, File and Text). Improvement ideas can be captured on the current state map, categorized by benefit type and even can be posted anonymously. Impressed with feature of like and dislike of an idea, rating on 1 to 5 scale on effort required to implement an idea vs benefit or impact from the idea implementation. Another excellent feature is adding a checking list in each task which can be used as Quality Control to check complete of the task.
