While they may not be as robust as other project management platforms, they’re functional and for standard planning needs. > > **Cons**: I had a payment issue. When entering my bank details (twice for verification), the platform truncated the last digit, causing the ACH payment to fail and triggering a $50 fee. The system also timed out when attempted the second time. I contacted both the company and FullStream (payment fulfillment company), but they dismissed the issue without investigating, said the fee still applies, and closed the case. > > I use other project management tools for work that are stronger overall. Aisle Planner is adequate for planning, but my experience was negatively impacted by a payment issue caused by the platform.
