## Reviews

### "Simple, Effective, and Scalable" — 5.0/5

> **Alex** | *15 May 2025* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: User-friendly dashboard, reliable performance, and flexible scheduling tools. Works well even across different locations with minimal setup.
>
> **Cons**: The analytics dashboard could offer more visual insights or export options. Right now, it’s a bit basic. Also would love a few more pre-made templates for promotions or seasonal offers.
>
> We’ve been using Look DS for our small retail chain, and it’s been a huge help. The ability to update promotions and pricing remotely saves us a ton of time. Definitely worth it for growing businesses.

### "Reliable Cloud Architecture and Connectivity" — 5.0/5

> **Said** | *26 January 2026* | Restaurants | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Low network bandwidth usage. Reliable offline caching functionality. Secure cloud architecture reduces local IT footprint.
>
> **Cons**: Requires consistent outbound connectivity (port 443) like any cloud service, which is a minor hurdle in highly segmented networks.
>
> When it comes to networking, the software is surprisingly light and dependable. There is no need to maintain bulky, proprietary server hardware locally because it is all in the cloud. The devices keep a secure, low-bandwidth connection, and the offline caching is a great backup. It works well and doesn't put any noticeable strain on our core network infrastructure.

### "Easy to use\!" — 5.0/5

> **Jonathan** | *17 August 2021* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I love how easy it is to use the software without any training .
>
> **Cons**: Needs more app integrations.
>
> Its been great with a very responsive and helpful support team

### "From USB сhaos to сentral сontrol (Retail, 22 screens)" — 5.0/5

> **Hareem** | *21 February 2026* | Financial Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Central scheduling across locations, tags. Offline playback. Screenshots when we need verification...
>
> **Cons**: Analytics are good overall and provide helpful insights into performance metrics, but they could be significantly improved by adding more advanced visual comparison tools such as side-by-side data views, customizable trend overlays, and clearer graphical breakdowns to make performance analysis faster, more intuitive, and more actionable.
>
> Before Look CMS, our store managers had to manually update screens, resulting in inconsistent promotions, outdated pricing, and constant confusion. We operate 22 screens across 7 locations, and even small mistakes used to multiply fast.
After switching to Look, everything moved to one dashboard. Marketing schedules campaigns once and assigns them by location group, it’s very helpful. Screens continue playing content when the connection drops – that used to be a real issue for us in two rural stores.
It’s operationally solved our biggest headache: control and consistency.

### "Stable across mixed hardware" — 5.0/5

> **Tinku** | *26 February 2026* | Human Resources | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: We didn’t need to replace any hardware, which ultimately saved us a significant amount of time and helped us stay well within our allocated budget.
>
> **Cons**: Device tagging during the initial setup phase required careful planning and a bit of additional time to ensure that each unit was properly labeled and accurately recorded in the system.
>
> We run a mix of Android displays, older Windows mini PCs, and a couple of Webos panels. Compatibility was a big reason we chose Look, and so far, it’s handled that mix without issues.
