Best Email Marketing Software Available
The customer service is outstanding. I was having some trouble developing a campaign and reached out to customer support and got a reply within 10 hours. I was able to resolve my issue quickly. Mailchimp has really become my Go To tool for all things email marketing related and it has touched on other applications, such as developing a killer landing page which actually gets conversions. I also feel that the free version really does give you a lot to start with, but it is easy to outgrow that really fast.
Pros
Mailchimp makes running an email campaign easy and simple. Don't get me wrong, there are super deep functions like multivariate campaigns and killer landing pages that integrate with your .com. I cannot say enough good things about Mailchimp. I have found that this software is simply the best available option out there for the money. I have been able to grow my mailing list and find what works with my audience.
Cons
I don't like how the Pro features are left out of the basic starter package. I understand that is how they make their money, however, those extra tools could be quite useful to new start up businesses, like myself that simply do not have it in the advertising budget to go to the pro level. I also struggled with making my emails 100% compliant because nowadays everyone is blocking or reporting spam mail. It isn't Mailchimps fault for that, it just makes it hard to get past the red tape of email marketing in general. However, they make it as easy as possible.

Google Workspace, Meta for Business, QuickBooks Online, Hootsuite and Evernote TeamsReasons for Choosing Mailchimp
Mailchimp combines so many of the features that I was using from other software and just blows it away. I was not able to find anything that came close to Mailchimps features on the other software I was using. I always felt like I was piecing together different elements. Mailchimp solves that problem for me and makes running my campaigns a breeze, which fuels my small business.Reasons for Switching to Mailchimp
Mailchimp had all the features I was looking for and more. I started with the free version and quickly rose to the Standard package. I have been constantly developing and honing in my email list for many years, using many different softwares. I finally landed with Mailchimp because it beats out all the rest of the software by far. Mailchimp: A Great Starting Point for Email Marketing
Overall, Mailchimp has been an excellent choice for my email marketing needs. It's a great option to start with, especially due to its free plan. If the cost becomes prohibitive as your email list grows, you can always export your contacts and switch to a different platform. Email is a powerful marketing tool, and Mailchimp provides everything you need to create visually appealing emails, automate drip campaigns, and capture leads with forms.
Pros
I love Mailchimp! As a small business owner, it's been great. Starting out with its free plan was a huge plus, and I've been able to grow my email marketing efforts thanks to its easy-to-use features. I especially appreciate the ability to create automated drip campaigns, design beautiful emails, and capture leads with custom forms.
Cons
While Mailchimp has been great for me, there are a few drawbacks. Once you surpass the free plan's limits, the cost can quickly escalate. Additionally, designing emails on a mobile device or tablet can be a bit cumbersome, and I've occasionally encountered glitches when sending longer emails on desktop.
Reasons for Switching to Mailchimp
Since my number of contacts was below their limit, I was able to join for free.- Industry: Information Technology & Services

Mailchimp Review
Overall it was a two-sided experience. We liked the application and features but were disappointed by the price and the restrictions. Mailchimp has a very good user experience at the application level but there is too much control on how we want to market our products. Unless they adjust we would not return using their product.
Pros
Mailchimp has a very good GUI. The application is very easy to use and well-designed for email marketers. I enjoyed the pre-made templates and designs. In addition, I was able to use the campaign features that helped me efficiently create email campaigns without any issues.
Cons
Unfortunately, the two main reasons we stopped using Mailchimp were the price and the restrictions that Mailchimp places on affiliate marketers. We were able to find alternative products that allow us to send emails without any limitations or restrictions on volume. While we understand we do not want to send spam messages, we have always felt restricted by the strict Mailchimp requirements. Plus we had no choice but to move on because we have affiliate links throughout our marketing products and using Mailchimp was very restrictive.

Mailchimp is as good as other more expensive competitors
I've used Mailchimp on and off for around 20 years. I'm starting a new business now, and although I'll shop around, I know I will be back to Mailchimp. I've never had any issues with emails going out, campaigns have been smooth. I can brand my emails and I'm trying to love analytics. The webforms are invaluable and there are always improvements and new features.
My final note - there are so many email marketers now. Go with one that's beeb around a long time, like Mailchimp
Pros
I've used most email marketing software but I always come back to Mailchimp. A huge bonus for anyone new to this form of marketing is that you can build and grow a list for free until you reach 500 subscribers. This gives new businesses the time to get to know the system, send emails and learn about analytics before committing to a paid plan. A lot of competitors offer a free month but Mailchimp goes further. And I've always reached that 500 quickly without that added pressure.
Cons
I personally have found the interface not as clear as it could be. Mailchimp is a machine and I have to focus on each part at a time. I always find something new it can do. That's fun to try out though. It does take some getting used to. Start with the emailing and tack the rest on.
Reasons for Switching to Mailchimp
I used Brevo when it clear blue, if I remember it was quite boring and expensive. I used Constant Contact for years as it was tied with my third party software on my website. I would look at it again but Mailchimp has always been a favourite.- Industry: Health, Wellness & Fitness

The OG of Email Marketing
Mailchimp is the name that comes to mind when we think about bulk emails and email marketing. A lot of my colleagues know how to use it; and thus it was very easy for me to go along with it. I create campaigns and ask my colleagues to send them to relevant contacts and then keep track of analytics. It is very smooth.
Pros
I like how there are so many features available. There's bulk email - the main thing I use and we have all those templates for landing page creation, flexible import/export of data, integrations with advertisements, and more. Mailchimp is loaded with features and what we can achieve with it depends on how much we can use because there is so many.
Cons
I wish there was an easier user interface and more tutorials on the product. There are tutorials but I wish there were tutorials about tricks and tips that we can apply to achieve certain output.
