The template builder makes it easy to throw together something that actually looks decent without needing any design skills, which matters since I don’t have time to mess with a bunch of settings between everything else I’m juggling. Being able to segment my list is probably the most useful part since I can send one email to past buyers about service reminders and a totally different one to new leads about current inventory, instead of blasting the same message to everyone.
