I also do not like that when my renewal relapsed, it saved my dogs info but deleted all of my contracts and contacts from previous buyers. > > It has been really great overall. The only thing I have experienced is one time my card declined the monthly payment. Unfortunately, when I noticed and paid my subscription it saved my dogs info but deleted all of my previous puppy contracts. That really upset me. That is vital to have.
