> I used another programme from 2002 until 2013 and the company ceased and the programme was no longer compatible with the new windows.
I trialled very carefully, all available programmes and this was the best. The only thing putting me off was the price. As it was so cheap I presumed there was a glitch. Anyway I purchased it and its been great. there have been a few problems in the last 11 months but Grensoft always got straight back to me and have always fixed glitches and amended the programme in the various ways so as to make it even better tailored to suit my needs.
Very easy at the same time as being comprehensive\!

> **Pros**: This software is extremely simple and easy to use. It will cover your basics- allowing you to organize client's incoming and outgoing dates, dog information, and owner information. You can make special notes as needed and everything is securely and easily accessible in one place.

> **Cons**: There is absolutely nothing fancy about this software. And although it only has a one-time upfront cost, the outdated features of this software don't make the over $200 price tag worth it. It simply doesn't "look nice" it has a very 90s appearance to it, and although it's easy to use there are a lot of other comparable soft wares that have many more options at a much lower price tag.

> Overall- I would HIGHLY recommend this software to my older and less tech-savvy kennel owner friends. People who aren't computer literate can truly appreciate the no-frills aspects of this software. But for people looking for more in-depth and interesting interfaces- I'd say there are better options.
