We have changed our needs over the years, and they have had options available to facilitate/address these needs.The product was quite easy to integrate, which lowers cost and time to get your product up and running/to market.Maintaining an in-house solution would be expensive and time consuming. Zentitle provides a service where you do not need to worry about this and focus on your business. > > **Cons**: There have been performance issues with the license portal, but have mostly been addressed, and within a decent time frame.They are also updating the portal UI (to help resolve some of these performance issues) which was great news, so it shows they are re-investing in the product.
