About EasyAs

EasyAs is an on-premise software designed to help businesses in retail, health and beauty, hospitality and other industries manage administrative processes and streamline point-of-sale (POS) operations. Professionals can grant access permissions to employees and enable them to login via fingerprint scanning or RFID tags. Healthcare specialists can use EasyAs to manage patients' appointments, track employees' attendance and generate payslips. It allows retailers to maintain a record of received goods, manage purchase orders and categorize stock based on departments, bin locations or preferred suppliers. Additionally, managers can receive automated alerts about low stock levels and send invoices, quotations or statements to customers. Using EasyAs, businesses can assign bill of materials (BOM) to stock items and provide incentives or commissions to staff members. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email, WhatsApp and an inquiry form.

Best Software

It has been wonderful using Easy As up to now. i have made Myself kind of Immune to the software so i like working with the software

Pros

its Easy to use and easy to get use to. To train a person to use the software does not take long. so far we have had a smooth sailing using the software and if there is any issues [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is always able to assist and sort the issue as soon as possible.

Cons

At this moment anything we have requested from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to do on the software has been done. he always finds a way to create a function needed.

POS for Locksmiths

Switched over to EasyAs in 2013 and never looked back. They have a dedicated team who are willing to assist anytime no matter what the issue, big or small

Pros

User friendly, Great after sale service, would recommend this POS system to any business big or small.
Not much Training needed to work system it is so user friendly.

Cons

Have no Cons for this POS system,if something does go wrong techincal support is just a phone call away.

As it is a small branch the main factor that I like is ease of use and simple to learn.

Pros

Ease of use and simple to learn.
Backup is always available.

Cons

The offsetting of debtor payments is a bit laborious.

EasyAs Point of Sale. Software that checks all the boxes.

We are a SME providing counter sales and technical support and found that with EasyAs we could
easily streamline the technical and workshop tasks and integrated it with POS .

Pros

Software installation is a breeze.
Minimal training required for operators.

Wonderful product thats easy to use

Pros

Everything is easy and customer service is fantastic.

Cons

There is nothing i dont like. But what would be helpful is a tutorial teaching clients how to use it. I keep having to phone customer service as i was new to the accounting process and i felt so bad to keep bothering. I would have loved to be able to watch a tutorial on how to do everything. It took a while to put all the functions to good use and i think i still dont use half of its potential.
