I worked on intranets for crown corporation in BC, and I have to say, I prefer Bonzai over an out-of-the-box solution because of it's modern design and team of developers working to improve each year. The product comes with excellent features, you don't need anything else. But I have to say the support is the best part, they are quick and knowledgeable answer your questions\! Also, any feedback we received from our users, we can pass on to Bonzai's development team for future enhancements, so we don't even need a custom out-of-the-box intranet. > > **Cons**: Some of the features are not working exactly how users would prefer it to, but this might be due to limitations from SharePoint. More importantly we wanted a SharePoint site that didn't look like a typical SharePoint environment. Bonzai solved all of these issues. Great product that is easy to implement and sustain. We were able to execute from design to go-live in a matter of months. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, providing guidance on the best way to utilize SharePoint. Only a couple of minor points that precludes me from scoring them 5 stars in all categories. First, Bonzai is not available for SharePoint 2016. Second, when releases and updates are made, our team would appreciate more information/clarity/updates.
