The user interface is very intuitive, new users get up to speed quickly. The financials have great integration with Excel so our CFO has his financials setup to run easily and changes to them are simple. We are also using the CRM module that comes with the system. It is pretty good, but we are looking at purchasing their full featured CRM. We are on a version that is not the fastest. It is also a huge undertaking to upgrade to a newer version when necessary. I have never in my life had to experience such a frustrating implementation. and what's worse is that this whole thing takes easily 10x the effort and time than if we were just manually tracking things through an access database or even a =just a series of excel files. literally the smallest task of shipping an order involves over 200 steps and at any point if something is just a little off your whole warehouse comes to a crashing hault. do you want to insert more than 1 part at a time? Too bad you now need a convoluted system of excel sheets that must be exactly right in order to do so. Do you need to adjust pricing for more than 1 item? Tough, expect you and three coworkers to spend the next 3 full days fighting the system to manually enter all 1,000 lines manually. Search? OMG you must be joking\! there is no real fuzzy search. instead you need to \* ITEM\* and maybe it will pop up or you need to go to a different window entirely to search for it where you still need to \* what you are looking for. RMA process? don't even bother. what little it does is useless. Lot track? it does but how it works is a mystery to even the implementors. I could go on and on and on, but i just wasted a full ass day trying to load in 25 items to my inventory from my engineering department, and the damn thing still couldn't let me do that with any ease so tomorrow we get to look forward to pulling my whole team to manually enter pricing by hand. > > awful.
