It truly simplifies what used to be a tedious manual task.&#10;The straightforward UI deserves high praise. The design is clean, intuitive, and requires almost no training. Submitting claims and getting them approved is a quick, logical process from start to finish.&#10;What really stands out is the transparency of the process. You always know exactly where your claim stands in the approval workflow. There are no more black holes or guessing games; visibility is immediate for both employees and approvers.

It seems to resolve itself quickly and points to an occasional server-side hiccup rather than a user error, but it can be frustrating when you need quick access.
