The system has all of the functionality that we need and if any customization is needed, the eClaims team is great to work with in getting our enhancements completed.  We are about 98% towards getting every item customized that we need, including automated letters and integration with ISO.  We have had this system for 5 years now.  It continues to be improved every year.

> Our company used the initial version of ClickClaims and worked to integrate some creative customization. Later the next and current version provided such advanced functionality that we could move fairly seamlessly to the newer and improved solution. I haven't seen any other service that has as much flexibility and can integrate with other systems as ClickClaims. Keep up the good work.
