I do like the custom reports and some of the other analytical details I could gather about the performance of my staff. Still, their were odd limitations in what kind of data I could gather. > > **Cons**: Almost everything. Their supposed repair module was almost unusable. Note taking and device tracking was nearly non-existent or useless when possible. Software was slow and it was too difficult to do simple things like change inventory quantities or set new prices. The credit card processing we were required to use was expensive and feature barren. Tap, for example, used to work. One day it just stopped and did not come back for over two years. Attempts to contact and get assistance with any issue were always futile. On occasion one would get a response, but the issue was never resolved. One of our stores had to be deleted and a new store created just to get a basic feature to work again and this was a solution that I had to figure out rather than getting any help from the RQ "Team". I have nothing but disdain for this company and this software. > > Awful. Over-priced, feature barren, archaic, zero technical support, documentation available was unhelpful, 0 solutions offered when experiencing problems. Stay away from this company.
