This is very, very valuable, as SMS has a much higher read rate than email. > > **Cons**: Dealing with false optouts is a little clunky. Emails who optout can resubscribe, but only by opening a past email. There should be a way to send an email so somebody can resubscribe. > > Excellent. Data tracking was an issue for us, but Clearstream’s data tracking has given us such helpful information about our communication processes.
