Great CRM to work in!
Overall the experience is great so far! Hopefully it will develop with the time and will show a good level of development in the future, especially from the User Interface Perspective.
Pros
The Interface, UI and UX looks smooth and all on point.
The possibility of doing and seeing pretty much everything regarding the lead history and the details of communication with him as well.
I pretty like fonts and the main page where you can pin your dealers dashboard!
Cons
Sometimes the load speeds with the VPN set up for USA server is dropping pretty significantly and you have to wait around 4 to 5 secs to see the actual window you are pressing at the moment and which you are actually trying to access.
I feel like the customer information sometimes is not located in the places I want it to see. For example, the ZIP code and the customers location is located in the "Credit App" section for some reason, which I couldn't find when I first launched this CRM.

Dealer Center is great for everyone
Nearly 10 years of usage says enough. Very easy even with the mobile app

I have been using DealerCenter for years. It is all in one for everything i need. Cash deals, By Here pay Here, banks, marketing, inventory management, website, etc etc. [sensitive content hidden] helped me with the Facebook posting tool and was very helpful!
Cons
It can be pricey as you grow but you have to spend money to prevent losing a lot more

A Great, Big Monster of a Software Package
It offers "entry impact," by including everything one could request, but much of that is only good for the initial "wow" effect when finding new buyers for the software, on the practical side, it is much less "wow" & more "ow."
After a few days of logging onto the system to become oriented w/ navigation, it becomes a burden to determine which tool or icon to select & ultimately, I find myself fatigued attempting to figure out more "stuff" just to accomplish the basics.
Pros
Dealercenter included practically every category of use a dealership could need.
Cons
The software is unnecessarily complicated & even intimidating when simply attempting to make sense of it- offering a MUCH simpler version w/ needed items for a small/average dealership would be much more effective.
Also, every additional functionality required additional payments along w/ additional software support to implement, plus it made an already overly busy interface even more convoluted.
The programmers (who give themselves fancy names like "architect" or "engineer") likely pat themselves on the back for all that they have come up w/, but only they & other IT people actually like their product, they should attempt to sell for once & perhaps it would dawn on them that the rest of us aren't impressed w/ fancier, glorified calculators. The objective of the software has gotten lost in the weeds of complexity.

Lots to learn but overall not so bad. Requires a few calls and everything is sold individually so it can rack up

Dealer center helps in creating custom dashboards and reports to know every aspect of the performance of your dealership. An amazing software indeed.
Pros
It puts it's users in command of all our customer activity and internet lead management process. With automation, alerts and built-in communication with SMS and emails. Helps it's users to create an online shopping experience which their customers are expecting. Safe and secure software which helps us analyze customer data and marketing.

The key features that has been lifesaving in our dealership management is that, it enables dealers to place new orders and that orders are processed accurately. Invoice generation once the order is completed helps us to start tracking the order status from shipping to delivery. Great Software at a Great Price!
So far it has been positive. Very intuitive. I would like to see some improvements, but it seems they are working on them.

Very easy to use. Intuitive functions etc. Very modern look and love that it is web-based so accessible from anywhere.

Makes Running our Dealership Possible!
We were so disorganized before Dealer Center.We weren’t taking full advantage of all the services that it came with (especially with inventory management).Now that we are,and that we’ve got the website up and going,we’re really looking for our business to grow.
Pros
It’s user friendly.Sales are done now with a few clicks.We love our reports and being able to manage our inventory.We also manage all of our buy here pay here accounts with dealer center and just started back up with website integration.We’re excited to have a great website that gets updated instantly!This was a huge problem before.Dealer Center is a one stop shop for our dealership needs.You get much more than you pay for!

Any issue we’ve had is quickly addressed by great customer service.We just worked with the customer service rep on getting our website up and going.I’m not tech savvy, but he was able to take care of everything for us.We really appreciate the customer service rep and everyone on the Dealer Center Team!

DealerCenter Is an All in One Software!
My overall experience with DealerCenter has been great with the help of my DealerCenter Rep [sensitive content hidden]. She has helped me transfer my data from Frazer, and export my inventory to Facebook and other marketing sites and is always available when I need her, I really value her knowledge in the industry and I always call on her to help me troubleshoot and get ideas on how to market my business just like a consultant would.
Pros
The features I like most about DealerCenter is that everything is located in one central location. The functions are easy to understand and the cloud based software allows me to work from home or auction!
Cons
The features I like least would be the price I pay each month, but it is compatible to other DMS softwares which don't include all in one services, or cloud based software.

Wow, Love this program! We use it at our smaller dealership and it is so user friendly. It is extremely easy to run deals to 5 lenders at one time to get the best approval for your customers, the support is really great too. We just got an awesome new rep named [sensitive content hidden] and wow, she is great. Shes so patient, calm, imformative and always looking out for our best interest. Her background working for a dealership like ours really makes me feel like she understands our struggles and stress. Highly recommend dealercenter and [sensitive content hidden] . Keep it up guys :)

Sometimes it can get buggy, but I've realized a lot of times it ends up being my own fault as I tend to move way to quickly through things and dont double check my work!

The thing that I really like about DealerCenter software is that you can maneuver around the whole application effortlessly the reason I say that is that I have used dealer track and everything you have to upload, book the car out there's so many different screens, but Dealer center has everything is at your fingertips. It's also integrates with our website and inventory. The online technical support is so great and easy to connect with the support center. Myself I've had the opportunity to work with Monica are delicious and the rep that has been very cordial very timely on returning calls and helping set up all applications. Thank you Monica this has been a great experience working with you and I'm looking forward to working with you in the future again thank you.

CRM & DEALERCENTER FEEDBACK
Pros
I love that the CRM allows you to communicate with customers, track all communication as well as have everything under one system. I've used Promaxx in the past and I didn't really like it, expensive and think that this CRM and system is better.
Cons
I don't like that when you upload documents for the customer you then have to upload the documents for the deal. It's double the work when it should be easier to just share the information. Some banks don't want to work with Dealer Center because they want to use their own portals. Once again that's double the work on our end.

I have had a great customer experience working with Dealer Center. I have been provided with the tools to overcome day to day tasks. We have actually have moved all our business now to Dealer Center and aspire to keep on growing. Customer support representative is what you want to speak to whenever you have any questions or clarification on how the software works. I can say Customer support representative has the skills and knowledge to help you get on board. Not only that he will follow up with you and make sure that you are aware on how to use the system. It has been a learning experience but it has taught me how to better serve my customers.
Pros
Working with the support staff, she has been worth her weight in gold, as she has walked me through all of the necessary stages that I needed to know, the software gives you some valuable tools that allow you to be able to figure some things out in advance that helps you to better present your product to your customer. However, She is excellent in showing you the fine points that help you to know the in's and out's of the software and helps you to be proficient in the use of it. Especially when you are figuring the deal and what will be approved, this is where you make or lose money and it was her help that taught me how to navigate this area proficiently. You can't always get her right away as she has a lot of clients but she will always get back to you and if she knows you are having a problem she with try to work it out so she can be available. You can't ask for any more than that. However, when she sees you have an area that you need help she will make sure that she trains you on those areas.
Cons
There is not a lot to dislike about it. It is what it is, it's a tool to help you sell your products. It does what it is designed to, provide you with information needed to present an informed decision to your client. It's up to you to learn how to use it efficiently.

Customer service is extremely helpful! you should have her cloned and pay her double. she makes calling with a problem a good experience. always helpful and keeps you smiling. I have been in the car business for 36 years and she is a keeper. knowledgeable and friendly is a great and rare combination. person to person contact is more valuable than ever in this day and age of computer routers which is so impersonal. I wish more companies would go back to friendly people who talk to you instead of bouncing you around their computer system.

Worth the Switch!
Pros
We weren't sure on how making the switch from Dealr.Cloud to Dealer Center was going to be but with the help from the Dealer Center support team, they have made the switch as easy as possible! The sheer knowledge & great response time has been what really makes the difference. 10/10 recommend giving Dealer Center a try! Huge shout out to Saul & Mackenzie for all your help!

WorldPay Integration with DealerCenter
DealerCenter has excellent customer service reps that are always there to answer our question whether it be by phone or live chat. If they don't know something, they'll always find a way to get the answers we need.
Pros
Payment processing is now so EASY to do! Integration is free so it was a no brainer deciding to go with it. Best training ever by [SENSITIVE CONTENT]

efficiency. efficiency saves time... therefore it saves money.
Pros
we love how we can use the software for our finance, CRM and Desk managing software. and also use it from pretty much everywhere. The support team is also very good. I am very pleased with the service. Whenever I have a question it gets answered the price is unbeatable.
Cons
if I had to put a con on. I would probably say that my most recent clients do show up under my prospects. Its only a select few. Maybe that's something I have to tweek. but that's about it.
