> **Cons**: Analytics has not met my expectations. I only see high-level, basic data found only in the reports dashboard. Exporting a report is disappointing. There's no data in it. I'd like to run a report on my newsletter emails as a whole campaign or a single email report with data, not contacts. I need metrics like average open rate, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, average click rate, email list health, etc.
