Make the most out of your productivity with an easy and light app
I use Todo to planning my day-to-day task to keep me productive by breaking down a huge task into a smaller task.
Pros
Todo maximizes your productivity by gives you the ability to prioritize a task and the ability to set a reminder at a specific time to do that task.
Cons
It will be better if Todo has dark mode because I like to planning and create a task at night before I go to sleep. I don't know about the other OS but I can't seem to find a dark mode on the Todo android app.

Best Todo app after Google Tasks was integrated into Gmail
This is the best free Todo application - You can create subtasks, schedule reminders, all tasks sync between browser / iPhone app / Mac app (I'm sure they have Windows equivalents). Interface is clean. Very happy with the software and its feature set.
Pros
Microsoft's Todo application is super awesome. I used to use Google Tasks as a standalone application and had it syncing to the Google Tasks app on my phone. It was very basic and did the job, however they decided to only allow Google Tasks to be accessible through Gmail which was an extremely poor user experience.
Microsoft's Todo is accessible in the browser, has a nice App on the iPhone, as well as on the Mac. It has a nice and clean interface, can be themed and the best feature is that it has a "My Day" functionality where you can add tasks into the "My Day" section and each day that is cleared and tasks can be re-added back to that section again.
Cons
It does a single job really well - Doesn't appear to be a lot of integrations with other services, but I'm not looking for that in a Todo list.

Appigo removed a working product to try to squeeze money from their user base.
Pros
It used to work. I paid for it and used it every day.
Cons
I was happily managing my tasks one day, and dead in the water the next. I did not ask to upgrade – they just shut me down. It appears that if I am unwilling to drop the other tools that have served me well and rush to move everything to the Appigo cloud scheme – they are perfectly happy to ruin and remove the application that I paid for and show me the door.
I would not put my productivity future in the hands of a company that treats their customers so shabbily and is so cynical about forcing them to change their fundamental use of the product.

Intuitive to-do software
I can see that i have become more effective and productive in my work, as i can track all my daily task easily with this software.
Pros
Todo is one of the most important software that i use daily for managing and monitoring my daily to-do list. All of things that needed to be finish on that day, i will put it in here so i will not lost track of any task that are needed to be done. I also can use it to add things that i need to do in the future by using this software.
Cons
Todo has a due date that i can add to the task, but there are not time that i can add to the task so the task can have specific time which is quite important for a time sensitive task. If this software can add it in the feature, i will very happy to use it for scheduling all my daily task.

Lots of features... maybe too many
Todo was helpful in staying organized and on task, but I didn't need most of the features. For what I needed it for, it wasn't worth paying the monthly fee. I've since stopped using it.
Pros
This software met my needs for keeping a to do list and managing tasks. What I appreciate most is the ability to have recurring tasks. Also, I liked how I could color code tasks for different projects. That helped if I just wanted to see what I needed to do for one project. Since the app uses the cloud, I could also keep track of my lists on my phone and computer.
Cons
There were a lot of features that I didn't need that made the whole thing feel pretty cluttered. I didn't feel like it was easily customizable.

Todo. An easy way to keep track of the tasks
My overall experience is average with this software, I tried to use more and more often and replace my agenda.
Pros
I like the software Todo because it allows me to make task list and remind all the thing that I need to do. It has several features such as categories, reminder, due dates and alarms.
Cons
It takes a little long to set up every task and organize in a way that is easy to keep track of it. Also the reminder features could work more effectively as well as the prioritization for tasks for the same day.

Simplest yet most intuitive todo-list
This helps me keep track of my daily tasks. I usually try to keep track of the 6 things I want to accomplish each day, and any overflowing or unfinished tasks go to a backlog for me to finish as a daily task in the future. Also, I use Todo to keep track of books or movies I would like to watch later.
Pros
I like its simple interface, chime when checking off finished tasks, ease of adding sub-tasks, and the customizable interface options.
Cons
I don't feel like the due date function of each task is very useful. If it could be more specific and could integrate not only the date but also the specific time of the date on google calendars, this would be much more ideal.

I recommend this to everyone for personal and for business. Originally Wunderlist, this has been a staple for me personally and my team to stay organized, share lists, track what's being done.
Cons
Not much. Now that we can print out lists, this is basically complete for the the way we use this program and these lists.

Pros
I like it's easy of use and the fact that it is everywhere on every single platform that I use. Also, it is easy to print and share with others.
Cons
It forces me to pay attention to what is most important, it would be nice it you could turn it off and avoid using it for a period of time....similiar to how Basecamp works on weekends.

Tool to get your tasks done.
I needed a robust and easy to use to-do app without a lot of distractions and I would like to thanks my colleague for introducing it to me.
Pros
It is a great piece of software that lets me track the tasks I have pending. The interface is nice and welcoming.
Cons
Lacks some features when compared to the competitors. It still has a long way to go but I will continue using it.

Excellent free choice for task management
Excellent task manager and great value. Will continue to use Todo in conjunction with other productivity software.
Pros
Broad range of compatibility, Todo is available across iOS, android, windows, macOS and more. Functionality is very similar to all other task managers with the ability to create tasks, reminders, lists, etc. UI is very clean with a left bar that has all the lists / categories and the right pane which displays the task lists. Click on a task brings up a right panel with multiple quick actions. ToDO also has collaboration features which is very unique for a task manager.
Cons
Sync between devices often had delays, which was my biggest pet peeve. We are talking significant delay, up to minutes. When tasks are not completed they do not roll over to the next day. I prefer the rollover as it forces you to take action on an uncompleted task.

TODO Review
I tried a variety of software and hard copy ways to keep track of the multitude of tasks and projects. TODO seems to have worked out the best integrating with the other Microsoft tools that my company is utilizing. It is simple so easy to learn and utilize.
Pros
Utilizing Office 365 already it was easy to install and synced with Outlook at Team easily. I am able to manage all my tasks in one spot as well as tasks from other reports. The MY DAY view makes it easy to move specific tasks I want to work on that day to a single page.
Cons
It does not have the exact same features as Outlook requiring that I go to Outlook at times to finish setting-up a task.

Very stable, but less functions
Keeping track of my todo lists and coordinating with others.
Pros
Now that it is part of Microsoft, it became a lot stable. I use it for my daily planning and long term tasks. PV version and IHone version linked. Sharing a shopping list with the family.
Cons
Why does Microsoft always change successful things around? Missing some Wunderlist functions. The "my day" function only works on that day itself, but I usually plan my next day the night before.

Great for Microsoft Office Users
Overall, I like ToDo and use it for work when I am already using Outlook and coordinating with other people on tasks and deadlines. It's a great part of the whole Microsoft Office suite experience.
Pros
I love the fact that it integrates well with Microsoft Outlook. ToDo allows you to create tasks from Outlook and keep a list of things that you can check off. The task list itself is not the best solution out there, but when you combine it with Outlook, it becomes a really good tool. So if you work in Outlook all day, this may be for you.
Also has great sharing/collaboration features. Sharing task and lists is wonderful.
There are web based and app versions with makes it very easy to always get to your task list.
Cons
Not as feature rich as some other options out there for to do lists. The notes feature inside a task is cumbersome and hard to navigate, constantly going back to the top when I click away to check another window.

It's a very good task manager software
Todo is that kind of software that won´t let you forget the tasks you`re supposed to do! It's very easy to set up and to keep actualized

Perfect for the family
Finally, a collaborative to-do list app that my entire family can use! I love how you can separate lists for groceries, home projects, work to-do, even event planning! Share it with all the appropriate people. I love how you can assign tasks, deadlines, and importance levels. The email notifications make it easy to track when my husband and I are checking things off the list.

Absolutely love this app! Easy to use, user-friendly, and clean.
Cons
I do wish there were specific notification settings for each list instead of the entire account. For things like a grocery list, it can get a little tedious.

Pretty good so far.
I downloaded this app off of the referral of a friend. I have been looking for a good to-do list app that doesn't break the bank.
Pros
The features are easy to use and I feel as if anyone would be able to start using the app. It's pretty straightforward which I love about an app. We don't need a ton of extra features all the time.
Cons
I wish there was a tiny bit of customizability. I'd like to be able to change the appearance of the app.
