using on 4 venues with around 30 sales points

Pros

easy of use, loading menus, changing aspect is all very intuitive, copying the items from one outlet to the other and the possibility to work on CSV files

Cons

report system is kinda cpomplicated, after some time the database get very big and slow, giving timeout on reports

Very Genuine software and easy to use. Best 24 / 7 Customer support ever

Easy management of multi branches and online reports for managers

Pros

The POS management itself is strong and has many features for your easy day to day operations. New Features are update on a monthly basis. System is very robust for SMB businesses and also the price is very convenient.

Cons

The interface sometimes is too heavy for a POS. Also interface cannot be customized to what you want.

Need a better recipe management system. Need more sync features to automatically sync based on time and not a manual process.

User Friendly Software and excellent customer support.

Pros

Ease in usage. Detailing in every aspect. Live support, 24*7. For each and every operations of a full service restaurant, it's a perfect software.

Cons

Sometimes it takes little long to get some core problems solved. Technical issues faced by customer can only be solved by technical team which doesn't work 24*7, so sometimes we have to wait until next day to get help with the issue.

Very Hotel Management System

Easy to use and not complicated at all

Pros

The support executive are very good and ready to help at all time , I have never experienced any downtime of more than 5 mins .

Cons

So far I can not complain anything about the system , I have been using it for 10 years now and its a fabulous system .

Very easy for handling this software

Pros

Features and Function very helpful for our accounts work, as well the live support very helpful for our smooth operations.

Cons

While the Check-in and Checkout time its taking too ling open the room, Sometimes its rotating the circle.

One of the rep is the Best person we have come along in team support. He is absolutely...

The biggest benefit one can see from Ezee technosys is that they don't only sell you the product but they Follow you always and make sure u are always satisfied with their support team

Pros

The software is great, even though you can have problems at times with updates, Support Team is always there to help. This person is over all the other people in support team for he will for a fact solve the problem. We have been lucky enough to run into him a few times and he has ALWAYS fixed our issue.

eZee given a good platform to handle restaurant business and it help us to manage our daily ordering system. The best thing is 24X7 support who always stand by to give best and quick solutions.

Pros

It is easy to use the best thing about eZee is 24/7 support. I had a major issue about Vat calculation which was resolved by rep. He was very helpful and cooperative.

Cons

I am looking for more best and easy features in eZee.

great software to operate with at all times, with great support team from ezee always helpful

gained so much experience on the operations of the ezee products, as well as the hospitality industry

Pros

easy access to support always and its never down for a long period, solves so many problems for the facilities and gives ease because you get all your reports for the business so you always keep track of your business

Cons

not that i can think of any but the problems we get is from client's employees because they feel it's got so many components and end up not using it to its full capacity

Customer Service is ALWAYS there to help you

Pros

Its the ease of use and that if there are any problems custmore service is always there to help you 24 hours a day

Cons

There is really nothing not to like. I am several time zones away from their customer service and they still give you a hand no matter the time. Rep is an EXCELLENT source of customer service. He was able to fix my problems in no time. thank you rep!!

Need to improve customer support

Need to improve customer support. It is very difficult to login to chat support and explain the issue.. Bec when restaurant is busy .... User can't take such a long process..

Excellent Software

We have been using this software for about 4 years and we are very satisfied with it. We use it in a daily basis and it helps us keep track of our bookings and guests.

Pros

The software is easy to use and it mostly serves our needs.

Cons

It would be even better if there was an accounting feature to the software.

system is fantastic now we have small challenges when our hard disk is full we try to back up files and we store them different storage then when we check the system has fail we cant use it anymore so what is the mistake we did we don't understand at all. Good live service, and fast

Improved sales, improved communication,

Pros

The extended list of reports, gives real solution to problem providing good integration between areas. Also had received 24 hrs fast assistance.

Cons

The installation process was long. Getting started with the inventory and sales matching was tough. The training are mostly scheduled in India working hours.

Exactly what I need for my business

Facturation and inventory control, so less wastage and robery

Pros

Easy to use, the price is more than correct... And the live chat to help you with issues is incredible.

Cons

For the moment, only I want the windows more larger. But I think it s posible to have it, I just need to work on it

Ease of use, Excellent support, Frequent updates ensures it gets better & better.

PROS : Learning to use eZee was a wonderful experience. With the 30 day trial period and excellent support, i was able to easily configure the software to meet the requirements of the organization.

The inventory system is outstanding, it monitors items right from receiving raw materials to the manufacturing process, producing close to accurate cost of sales analysis report.

CONS
I have occasionally experienced problems with the sql database. The regular support team are great but they tend to always refer sql problems to developers, this creates down times due to manual sales and consequently theft.

Ezee burrp.. all you need for your hotel and restaurant.

Its has a accurate report, for sales and order.. mapping printer its good too, user level access its nice too.

Pros

its had a lot of feature, reports different report that you can relay you financial status.

Cons

the inventory system, and synchronize of the order take.

Excellent Software

Presenting my product and a great communication platform with my customers.

Pros

This software is easy to work with. You will have a great platform to present your product and a good link to communicate with your customers. The Guest feed back survey is a great feature.

Cons

Not really any cons apart from the pricing structure which is based on modules instead of a full package software.

Wonderful total solution for our ARAGORN hotel and future ARAGORN hotels.

After discovering this EZEE software solution, I took directly the 30-days free trial. Together with the manuals it is easy to start and there are so many possibilities. I regret only one thing and that is that I should found this software 3 years earlier. Now we are starting with the Ultimate EZEE program without any investment. Many thanks of Corfu - GREECE to all the EZEE sales and support employees.

Pros

All the possibilities and the easiness of use. Perfect for our expanding of the ARAGORN GROUP. No investment and the perfect win - win situation.

Ezee Burrp first time user

Been great so far, not sure for someone who has never worked on POS system before but having had experience on a number of other systems, this one is by far my favorite so far

Ease of use, functionality and incredible support

Not sure yet, haven't come across any as yet
