Posist for Inventory Management at Ammar Cafe
Overall experience is very good, we are using the application for below mentioned.1. Making Purchase Entry2. Making Physical Stock count.3. Capturing any wastages.4. Transfer goods from one store to another through stock transfer or through indenting.5. We are also using reports to check out daily stats.
Pros
The inventory module module shows real time stats of all the items present in the store/kitchen.Other best thing is that the variance is not transferred to future dates once we make a Physical Stock Entry.
Cons
All is good, the module works well for making purchase entry, wastage entry, checking reports etc.No problem have been identified till date and we are able to use the application very smoothly.

Cost saving inventory application
We have add in the recipes all packaging & consumable items system generated the proper recipes food cost with nonfood items.
Pros
Real time traking items wise stock availablity & reorder level reports as per set the sutable time recived the email notification items wise reorder quantity or minimum or maximum order quantity.

I can use this application even from my home as it is browser(web) based application.I have some requirements too:The automatic purchase price is not catching from the last purchased items transaction.And Purchase order also we are not getting the last price.We need to have an automated rate calculation on our purchase based on the last transacted value

Managing Inventory for Kitchen and Food Cost reporting
Purchase Order Request, PO, GRN.
All the above modules are used widely and from those modules the data flows to reports. These reports are used for business decisions.
Pros
The system is having all modules covering all the processes. The dashboard is very user-friendly and easy to access. Customer Support is excellent and on time. We are communicating with [sensitive content hidden] for the support. During the support he has helped a lot to bring the system live and running. Academy is having full length tutorial videos and easy to navigate to individual topics.
Cons
Sync takes more time and for every update, we have to publish and update.
Settings icons exists at two levels, one is at the enterprise level and second setting is at the entity level. There is slight difficulty in navigating to the respective settings sections. Other than this, the rest is fine.

Very good Inventory Management Software - 90ML - Chennai
Overall Product is good for us to manage inventory management, stock maintenance at the central kitchen, outlets stock tracking monthly, finding variance, and correcting the store at outlet level like options we benefit in posist.
Pros
We have been using the Posist Stock module for two years. The inventory module is perfect for managing our inventory not only for our central kitchen but also for our outlets on indents, and production, like having good options.
Cons
Some options like hiding prices in reports, and some additional logs, as prices changed for the items, are like options required; we are already in discussion with posist team.

Posist stock module inventory Feedback...............
Reports are excellent and easy to understand for the management about the all-in words and outwards raw material. Accordingly, we can plan our purchase as requested by the kitchen and other departments. The system is perfect and helps make the correct purchase and sales.
Pros
The indent process is excellent. We can easily do the outlet transfers. The stock reports regarding indent are beneficial. We can use it for reporting to management at the same time consumption in real-time is very good to see. We can analyze our consumption of raw materials daily.
Cons
Backdate entry should be more than ten days. Need to the system reports generate are multiple units selection so that we can check every item's description and check various units.

Posist Inventory Management solves issues like report generation, new outlet creation in simple steps, and automation of reports. Food costing outlet wise can be checked on daily, weekly and monthly.
Pros
The best about Posist inventory module are Managing the inventory, Stock Maintenance, Report analysis, Recipe management, and Costing. Some more options are good.
Cons
Sometimes syncing the entries takes more time at the outlet level. Significantly less of a dislike, so there are no significant issues in the Inventory module overall in the product.

Using this software, we can manage the outlet's orders and supply and receive items using Indent options. Even within the outlet, the same process can be followed to issue stock from store to kitchen like order, supply and receive. Physical inventory can be entered, and variance can be checked monthly, weekly or daily.

Using this software, we are managing our inventory for multiple outlets. One outlet and multiple outlets can also be controlled from one location. Stock Receiving, Stock Transferring, Stock usage and stock closing can get the details by doing the transactions.
Cons
We need multiple user ids to do entries for other outlets, but we require one user id to do the transaction for all outlets. Apart from this, there are no significant issues or dislikes to mention.

Posist Inventory Management Product Review
Majorly reports can be generated at an enterprise level. Some reports are at the outlet level but that can be managed internally. All the Inventory level masters we can create centrally and can be published to the outlets and that can be managed outlet level. Transactions can be managed through the approval process and there is a separate module there.
Pros
As this is an enterprise module it is very useful to manage the inventory Module for all the Outlets in our organization. Managing item masters (Raw Materials) that we procure from vendors are managed in this software. From raising Purchase orders from outlets to issuing the items for production are managed in this software. Different reports are generated for monthly and weekly reports for analyzing the costing.
Cons
Sometimes reports issue we face and not able to understand the consumption if we generate at the enterprise level. still, more simplification is required to understand the part of the report. Not only reports but some flow can be simplified for the users in the outlets.

Stock Management Software Review - Posist
Inventory management can be the best part that we can manage in stores and kitchen. The user access and approval part are good to use. Physical stock entries and after that variance can be identified if there is any difference in the stocks. Import options are available in all the entries where we no need to do manual entries. From this we are benefiting from Posist.
Pros
For the operational level to manage the stock for the outlet this software is very useful. Raising the Purchase order to the vendor, converting PO to GRN, and issuing the stock to Kitchen for Production is very easy and made simple for us. Same like Indent process between outlets and inside Store to Kitchen also process defined where we can do through the Indent. This seems like the best for us.
Cons
Sometimes entries are updated but reflected late in the reports may be due to data not syncing. This can be rectified from posist side. Masters updation we need to depend on our managers, so this option can be provided to users to make the entries faster.

Inventory is easy to create, system is clear and dictated very well, accurate data and updated as well, posting of daily purchases and tracking consumption is very easy and in a few click we are able to cover all our daily operation, it's an end to end truly cloud solution which also works offline, system has a detailed recipe management module with advanced options.
Cons
The least i don't like in the system was you cannot log on in any laptop or gadgets without the clearing cache so then you need to inform them before you start using it in other laptop, system should have a single login to multiple stores, apart from this test everything is good in this application.
