Powerful Portfolio Management Tool
Tool used for monthly status of capital projects portfolio. Pre-established KPI reports and dashboard view allow management to focus on only those projects needed attention.
Pros
Cost analysis with the variable granularity based on project phase, etc.
Dashboard capabilities and data export features allow for quick and thorough analysis.
Cons
System configuration and administration can be difficult if not planned properly. As with any IT solution, maintenance and licensing can be expensive it not diligently managed.
