Data Collection and Analysis Master
It has simplified to a great extent on how we gather information from our customers and employees. It has improved on time taken to complete a research topic, materials needed for the task, saving costs and accuracy of collected data.
Pros
The first beautiful thing I like is that their website and the mobile application are very responsive and have a great user interface that enables us to complete tasks in a short period of time. On features, I am impressed that it gives me well made templates on how i want my questionnaire to look like. I do not need special designing skills as everything is already set and I just need to input my questions and type of responses to be expected. Previously, we did not have many formatting options on questions and answers but now the vendor is working hard in making sure that they simplify everything for us. After deploying our questionnaires, we do not need much time to group and analyse data as everything comes already grouped and analysed. We just need to interpret the results to ensure both employee and customer satisfaction.
Cons
The only time I had troubles was when i was using the mobile application to create a questionnaire and I closed the app before completion. All my work was lost as it did not save it automatically and I had to start again. Another problem is that it does not allow work to be done offline.

Easy and Cost Effective
Overall, I highly recommend Survey Monkey for quick and easy survey creation. Even at the free version level, there are a variety of quality features that will make this program very useful for both collecting and analyzing data. The interface is incredibly user friendly, and when used in tandem with the mobile app, this product is very convenient and effective for basic survey needs.
Pros
The Survey Monkey platform gives you a variety of ways to customize your surveys, including multiple choice, short answer, and true/false. It also allows you to easily duplicate previous surveys so that you are not re-creating templates you wish to use regularly. The platform also provides excellent analytics for reviewing responses and trends so that you can better understand and track the results of your surveys. The option to make surveys anonymous is also extremely beneficial for more sensitive topics. The best part is, all of this functionality is available through the free version of the platform. The mobile app is also incredible accessible and easy to use.
Cons
The ability to truly customize your survey (logs, fonts, footers, etc.) is strictly reserved to paid subscriptions. The free version of the application gives you up to a maximum of 10 questions, so unless you want to pay the monthly fee, your surveys need to be very concise. For business use, a monthly subscription requires a minimum of three users at $25 per user. This cost adds up quickly, so unless you are implementing surveys very regularly, you may not see the full value.

Unsure Who To Blame ...
The idea behind digital survey taking is incredible, tech does soooo much for the modern world, but when it comes to surveying, marketing, or attempting to do any type of consumer data collection for means of attaining any type of accurate analysis, I dont know if we will ever have a model for selecting candidates that actually benefits and represents a person or company in the totality which we are seeking. The human psyche is astronomical, our decision making process is based on so many different factors that often contradict, none the less its still right, and sometimes wrong. In saying that, the ease of use is incredible, implementation and all things office & "paperwork" are a breeze, however I don't know if it would have been worth it financially to keep it around. Also the time it takes our staff to sort through the data and try to create a system for receiving more accurate results based on the information we seek is outstanding. Most people do not have the time that it takes to complete an in depth questionnaire without some sort of compensation. It will take a while to create a system that returns the results we seek, and that is assuming the survey taker is HONEST!!! Truly incredible. A huge task if you use the software for anything other than entertainment.
Pros
Ease of use, functionality for simple tasks or very basic data collection. Price. Easy to understand dashboard, mostly user friendly.
Cons
Results were not quite what we were seeking, and it wasn't until we used the software on our own did we find out the complexity behind receiving accurate data. We were being phased out when we shouldn't have been and took some time to figure out that maybe the problem lies behind what we are geared towards, the data we seek, and the problems we try to solve for people. Data collection dependent on societies psyche or judgement forming depends on so much, mostly their ideas and experiences in their reality, which may be wildly different than others, based on the same or different factors. So long story short our results were not what we were seeking and its extremely time consuming creating a model for accurate questioning.

Easy platform for survey bulding
Using survey form to collect data from our workers is the best way to know our employees opinion things that we can upgrade or change in our company. It has option for anonymous data entry , so our employees can filling the survey form freely.
Pros
There are several option or way to collect opinion or survey from customer and employees using SurveyMonkey, such as the survey form, opinion pool or online form. It makes the data collection process really easy and effective for us to use. Every type of survey has it own survey template that are customized to optimized the survey objective.
Cons
Every software has its own flaws, and SurveyMonkey also has some thing that they need to add, like live chat option for fast communication with the support team. Introduction for more cheaper plan for a light user as our company will help us to stick to this software longer, as we don't use it too often to maintain its expensive monthly plan.

Productivity is increased by using the extensive toolkit to quickly and easily produce surveys.
Providing surveys to our employees and gathering their answers while maintaining the anonymity of identifiable information proved to be a challenging task. Additionally, it was difficult to convince staff members to devote the necessary time to finish them.
Pros
Based on survey responses from our clients, it helps to enhance the classes taught by certain teachers.
It was useful to us in determining the interest level of a group of people in teaching.
It is a fantastic opportunity for us to interact with staff members and get their opinions before making decisions that could affect them, or simply to find out what they think of particular features or improvements made to the company.
Cons
designs for surveys. More design possibilities is something I would like to see presented.
Although mostly easy to use, it can be challenging to navigate.
It may be difficult for smaller companies to fully utilize the tool due to the basic plan's lack of sophisticated capabilities.

Gather survey and opinion
SurveyMonkey really helping me to collect data and opinion from user easily. It also has increase the rate of people that are participating to the survey as the survey form is quickly loaded and user do not have to wait for the survey page to fully loaded unlike other survey software.
Pros
SurveyMonkey has a very good survey structure that i find it is easy to building a survey form or poll with it. It adopt a drag and drop system to building the survey and no coding or technical skills needed to create a functional survey form. The survey result are presented in data visualization which really help me to see the data-set easier.
Cons
The template for poll survey form is limited and not have many choices unlike the survey form template. They should add more template for it as i am using more poll survey form than the regular survey form. It will also make the expensive premier plan more beneficial for me.

Aesthetically pleasing, effective, and highly customizable
Overall, I'm highly satisfied with SurveyMonkey for our organization's needs. Working for a social organization, our marketing efforts deviate from the standard corporate or business needs. One of our biggest efforts is receiving feedback from programming or educational content and SurveyMonkey has been instrumental in allowing us to do that.
Pros
Having used other products similar to SurveyMonkey, I can safely say that SurveyMonkey is one of the most aesthetically pleasing. Its customization allows for branding and personalizing forms to keep marketing efforts in-line with brand standards.
Cons
To have access to more robust analytics, it requires a higher paid plan, which is unfortunate. Paying for a mid-tier option, it feels like those analytics should be included.
Reasons for Choosing SurveyMonkey
Our desire to make the switch to SurveyMonkey is contained within the name; surveys. Wufoo was a little more form-dense, while SurveyMonkey was better for surveying and engaging our members and soliciting their feedback. It was simply a better fit for our needs.Switched From

The original easy to use tool, now with a ton more features and functionality.
Overall SurveyMonkey is still our go-to tool for measuring employee experience and receiving feedback, while the simple visualizations of our data has proven to be a big bonus in analyzing the data to make decisions around which actions to take to action the data.
Pros
The SurveyMonkey tool has evolved from its original format to grow exponentially in the number of features it offers, but has maintained its core value proposition which has always been ease of use. Understanding the layout and how to build surveys is easy and straightforward, and a quick search of the help materials can explain more intricate functionality that you may want (such as customization and survey logic.)
From there SurveyMonkey has evolved to include excellent dashboards to visually display and share the live survey results with others. This feature is especially useful for providing senior leaders insight into the data without having to send around static documents that may change as more responses are received.
Cons
The licensing and pricing structure can initially be confusing and the way individual user data is stored makes it difficult to move from multiple small accounts to a large enterprise account without a lot of consolidation work.

Does it's Job, but not always the job you want
Overall I think Survey Monkey is a great tool for those doing general surveys, market research, customer research and some evaluation feedback. However for those looking to do actual data mining- I would go with a more sophisticated system like Qualtrics.
Pros
Survey Monkey is an easy platform to use. Many questions are already built into the program if you need them. The platform is user-friendly and allows for different formats of questions. It also allows you to add logic (ie: if they answer this, then go to that) formats. You can also add design elements so that you can brand it to your company. Sending out the surveys is also made simple, in that you can send a link, load a group into the program or a variety of other methods.
Cons
I have a problem with this software when it comes to analyzing my results. For one, I do not like the options they give you around exporting the data. I wish their was more customization around this. Especially when I have very specific data I want to compare, the .xls is formatted in a way that I have to go in and edit each individual question. I wish I could choose exactly the data I want to export so that I can easily develop my own graphs vs. having to rely on the survey monkey versions. I also wish their was an option to build out a .pdf of the data in a way that works for me. I would MUCH rather edit a .pdf as I am am building out my data story then have to go in an edit each individual question again. I just wish their were more ways to build out data vizualization pieces after the data is collected.

This monkey see what this product does for other so this make this monkey do too! 🙈
It's definitely a platform that has a lot of pages and features to it but if you're not paying for a package then you're probably going to be very disappointed because it is simply for quick results from both internal people that you are serving or your customers. There is some ability to customize the survey by putting your own brand or logo on it so that it looks more appealing to those who are you're sending it out to, however, it does have its limitations and could definitely improve in this arena.
The biggest problem with the product is that it's doesn't allow you to go as in-depth as if you were to use Google Forms, for example.
Pros
The part that I like most about SurveyMonkey is that the developer and user interface are extremely easy to use. I am able to make a survey for either my group or for other teams that I worked with in my company and I feel like this has helped me work much more efficiently because I'm able to get a sense of how people are feeling towards various projects or procedures that we have put in place in recent months.
I also use SurveyMonkey for my customers from my private business that I run apart from my position as a quality manager and it has given me incredible insight into what my customers want and need from me or what I could be doing better.
Cons
The part that I dislike the most is that SurveyMonkey is very limited in terms of the depth of knowledge that you can obtain through surveys. By the way, if you are using the free user interface, you are not able to really collect and analyze your data as good as if you were a paying customer for it.

Survey Monkey - Needs some improvement
Technically this is a great product but the customer service and support side of things is just awful. At one point it felt like a ghost business. If there is a phone support number I could never find it. Email response takes days and sometimes weeks. Use the product but hope you do not need support.
Pros
Nice customisation available. Applying our own branding was fairly easy. Completing a survey as a user feels slick and snappy.
Cons
I needed to deploy this via API. To get the survey results relied on Webhooks. That took me awhile to get right. What I truly found frustrating was the cap on API calls (500). To lift the cap meant taking our account to a commercially unacceptable price. Five times our existing plan to double our API. Calls. In addition it took weeks to hear back from customer service. They only got in touch after I went public on Facebook.

Best way to conduct a survey!
Our pta uses survey monkey before fundraising to determine what kind of participation we can expect (candy sales, fall gala, school fair??) and then ask for input after the money has been raised. Every two years we have an entirely new student body and membership. Every few months, we ask for input and love using survey monkey because it’s just so easy to use!
Pros
I love that I can create a survey, send it out to hundreds if not thousands of recipients, and react to the results.
Cons
I find some of the infrastructure limiting. I’d like two or three part questions sometimes but I’m not always able to set up if/then scenarios.

Power your surveys with SurveyMonkey
Recently I was reading often about the SurveyMonkey app and that many people use it and finally decided to try it and see whether is cool or not. I was little skeptic at the beginning but when I created my account and saw the design and how easy it is to work with the app I got involved with it. As I said earlier it brings joy to create your surveys such easy and finally they look even better than you imagined. I think this app can help many personal needs as students, pupils and some kind of personal surveys. Also, the app is very cool and powerful for big business surveys which can save you a lot money, find what people think about your product, help people to register for the event and many more things to do. I pretty recommend it for everyone who wants to power his or her business and personal needs.
Pros
I think this is a cool software because of:
1. It is very easy to use web application.
2. It has an intuitive design and you do not have to waste time in understanding how to create your survey. Everything can be done in a few minutes.
3. You can either create the survey on your own or you can even just answer some questions and the program will create the survey for you. Of course, you will need to edit it a bit, but with automatic creation, it will save you much time creating the design of different questions.
4. Your questions can be very variable - you can use text boxes, multiple choices, insert images, you can use register forms, radio buttons and many more things which will help you express your idea.
5. You can implement logic in your questions which for me is very cool because you can skip or show some questions based on the answers of people.
6. Another powerful tool is that you can get a link to your survey and send it through e-mail, facebook or other social media, you can even embed it to your website - no need to print the survey and go and give it to everyone.
7. When you got the answers, the info is all there and the app visualizes it to you with such cool charts. Even though you can edit the charts and if you do not like them you can choose what is best for your needs or understanding.
8. And finally, there is a responsive design which in nowadays I think is very important because your survey will get to your clients in the best way.
Cons
I didn't found any inconvenience using the app so I think it supports many things and it gives you a good feeling using it. Maybe some people will not like that for some features you need to pay some price, but I think the price is very good for the many features it brings to you. And if you want powerful surveys, this is your app.

Great Option
Overall, SurveyMonkey is a great option for businesses and individuals who need to create and distribute surveys. It's easy to use, affordable, and offers powerful analytics tools. However, if you need to create complex surveys or are concerned about data security, you may want to consider a more specialized survey tool.
Pros
User-friendly: SurveyMonkey is very easy to use, even for people with no experience in survey creation. The drag-and-drop interface makes it simple to add questions, customize the look and feel of the survey, and set up advanced features like branching and logic.Affordable: SurveyMonkey offers a variety of pricing plans to fit any budget. The free plan is a great option for small businesses or individuals who only need to create a few surveys. Paid plans offer additional features and functionality, such as unlimited surveys, advanced reporting, and data export.Powerful analytics: SurveyMonkey's analytics tools make it easy to understand your survey results. You can view charts and graphs, filter data, and export results to Microsoft Excel or CSV files.Integrations: SurveyMonkey integrates with a variety of other popular business apps, such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office. This makes it easy to collect data from your surveys and sync it with your other business systems.
Cons
Limited customization: SurveyMonkey's templates and themes provide a good starting point, but you may find that you need to customize the look and feel of your surveys to match your brand or corporate identity. Not ideal for complex surveys: SurveyMonkey is best suited for simple surveys with a few questions. If you need to create a complex survey with multiple branching questions, logic, or other advanced features, you may want to consider a more specialized survey tool.Data security: SurveyMonkey takes data security seriously, but there have been some security breaches in the past. If you're concerned about data security, you may want to consider using a more secure survey tool.

A Powerful Yet Simple Method to Survey Your Offering
Very easy and straightforward to use. You don't have to make your surveys complex. However, it allows you to get to a deeper level if need be.
Pros
I'm developing an online retailing presence for physiotherapy and wellness. And I've used Survey Monkey in every step of our company's development. From market surveys of our logo, to product-quality feedback, Survey Monkey was incredibly helpful when it came to acquiring the data we needed to streamline and tailor our offering, and eventual launch.
There are many features that make this software exceptional. Particularly, the design and interface, which is not only customizable, but also professional looking and minimalistic. I think it certainly makes a lasting impression to an audience when your surveys look the part. It also makes data acquisition seamless for both surveyor and respondent.
However, the true power of Survey Monkey is in it's data analysis. Especially when you've collected answers from hundreds and even thousands of respondents. This is where it stands out from the rest. It compiles all of the acquired information seamlessly into a single database. From there, you have an arsenal of tools to analyze the data: pie charts, bar graphs, and scatter plots. You can drill down your variables further to get a deeper understanding of what your market is looking for. And finally reveal statistically relevant correlations between features of your product/service your target market.
Truly powerful stuff.
Cons
There is none I can think of. We've used this software since the beginning of our inception and we're continually using it for our many projects.

Survey monkey
Pros
As a tuition center owner, I always strive to improve my services while enhancing the learning experience of my students. This is where Survey Monkey comes into the picture, as it is a simple and effective tool to collect feedback from students, parents, and staff. Survey Monkey's customizable templates created using research-based questions help me create detailed survey questions that are relevant to my tuition center's objectives. It provides easy distribution options to collect responses from a vast audience, and with their reliable reporting features, I get a comprehensive analysis of the collected data, which enables me to make informed decisions for the center. Overall, Survey Monkey is a powerful tool I rely on to ensure my tuition center is meeting the expectations of my stakeholders.
Cons
While Survey Monkey is an excellent tool for tuition center owners to collect feedback, it comes with a few disadvantages. First, the free version is quite limited, and the paid version can be costly for small businesses. Secondly, the platform requires users to have an excellent understanding of their survey requirements, and their templates may not cover specific queries. Thirdly, the platform doesn't provide much customization beyond the colors, font types, and logos that can be used. Finally, the anonymity of participants might lead to dishonest and inaccurate feedback, which might not be helpful in getting a clear picture of the tuition center's performance.

Easy to use, great results.
With SurveyMonkey, I can create surveys and collect the opinion of my clients about my business. Also, I can generate questions to understand the client's needs. With survey create on SurveyMonkey is easy to study your target public and clients. You can also conduct academic research using their feature of the targeting audience. I am a researcher, and I am a respondent on SurveyMonkey. They are a great company to do a partnership, so I believe SurveyMonkey is a powerful tool to help businesses around the World understand their clients and study the market.
Pros
SurveyMonkey is a great tool to connect your clients with your business. They have a simple layout, and it has many tools to help you create a survey. Also, the shape of the questionary is clean and easy to understand. For this reason, the respondents can give their best opinion about your business. The free version has almost everything you need to create high-quality surveys, and the price of the year subscription is a good deal because of this, I highly recommend SurveyMonkey.
Cons
I like less of the block of the feature of added your company logo in the free version. You can't put your logo on your survey if you have only the free version. I think the feature company logo added to the free version will attract more partners to SurveyMonkey because the partner will feel more confident and encouraged to spread their brand, and the partnership with SurveyMonkey with their public, clients, and respondents.

Easiest and quickest survey tool out there
We have been using this tool for many years now and it's the go-to when we are considering gathering any kind of data for a variety of purposes. It has yet to disappoint, but we hope that there is ongoing feature introductions.
Pros
It's incredibly quick and easy to set up an account and a survey.
There are common questions that can be easily applied to your survey, along with the ability to customize questions, and a fairly comprehensive bank of question types that are super useful.
It's easy to apply themes and logos to make it look professional, as well as the ability to customize things like the thank you page, although some of these features are only available on paid accounts.
The analysis tools have gotten even better recently with a very easy way to set up a dashboard to publicly present results.
There's control over users on paid accounts to share certain surveys and levels of access within those surveys, which is very helpful for us.
Cons
The biggest issue encountered so far is that there is no option to automate things to send a submission to the person who filled out a form. This has to be done manually. For this reason, we use both SurveyMonkey and Wufoo; if SurveyMonkey had this option, it would be a one-stop shop.
Some of the logic ability is a bit limited.
The free plans are very limited, but it's nice to still have that option when very simple surveys are all that's required for a small team.
Paid plans are fairly pricey if you're not using it very often, and non-profit pricing only applies to registered charities.

The analytics report that generated after the the survey reach its date maturity is quite extensive and has all the critical data field that we need to improve our marketing campaign.
Cons
There are some of the things that i like least with SurveyMonkey, one of them is the customization on the survey builder is less than other survey software on the market. We have to satisfied with the build-in template form the template library, with not many things that can be altered with it.

SurveyMonkey Review CO
I never liked this product my overall rating would be 2 out of 5
Pros
SurveyMonkey is a forerunner in web-based reviews and structures that enables individuals with the bits of knowledge they need to pursue choices with speed and certainty. Our quick, natural criticism of the board stage interfaces a huge number of clients overall with continuous simulated intelligence-fueled experiences that drive significant choices. It gives replies to in excess of 20 million inquiries consistently so that individuals and associations can draw in new crowds, enchant clients, make advocates, and broaden their upper hand in the commercial center. The vision is to increase present expectations for human encounters by enhancing individual voices.
Cons
I absolutely can't tolerate surveys, with that being said there is no holding back about how I feel about this software. I don't particularly like this package, and with that being said, it holds no true meaning, don't get me wrong, I do understand the importance of surveys on various subjects, I am not the one qualified in giving my opinion in business on it. Its degree of bias with the questions asked is not useful in the workplace

Best survey implementation tool that can be integrated to other system.
Overall, I am pretty sastify with SurveyMonkey. However, we will be moving out soon as we recently just discovered a better altnerative that solves our issue in which the process itself and data retrieval process are fully automated.
Pros
The main reason that we use SurveyMonkey is because Zendesk does not allow users with Light Agent access and above to rate the Customer Satisfaction survey. Since we use Zendesk internally, and a big portion of our customers are Light Agent, it is critical to know their satisfaction on our service. And, SurveyMonkey made this possible. Most importantly, by configuring SurveyMonkey URL, it also allows us to select what ticket data we would like to retrieve as well through Zendesk-SurveyMonkey placeholder.
Talking about SurveyMonkey alone, disregarding the intergration, it is simple to set-up and use. The aesthethic looks very modern and attractive. It also provides a built in insight as well.
Cons
The subscription that we are on is enterprise, but SurveyMonkey allows us to login only two people at a time. What makes it even worst is that it only memorize two devices at a time as well. This means that not only two people cannot login simultaneously, if I'm going to login with my third device, I have to retrieve the 2 factor authenthication password, and kick one of the device out. Then, if I'm going to sign back on, I have to go through this same loop again.
