Inventory and spare parts. A three-tier structure (location, zone, bin) tracks stock, alongside individual technician bins. Parts consumed on a job create a full, auditable trail from warehouse to technician to work order.\n\n5. Scheduling and dispatch. Work can be assigned manually or distributed round robin across a group, automatically skipping anyone on leave, so work stays evenly distributed without a dedicated dispatcher.\n\n6. Mobile execution. Technicians run the entire job from the Android or iOS app: viewing job details, completing tasks and checklists, logging parts used, capturing photos, notes, and a digital signature, and generating a branded PDF document on the spot.\n\n7. Contracts and sales orders. Contracts tie a customer's equipment to a maintenance agreement over a set period, including rental-style tracking of equipment on loan. Sales orders manage products, pricing, and billing details tied to a customer.\n\n8. Customer portal. A branded, external self-service application where customers view job status, equipment history, and preventive maintenance schedules, and submit new service requests without a phone call.\n\n9. Reporting and integrations. Built-in reporting covers work orders, parts usage, technician activity, and maintenance completion.
